Easter Cards

These Easter Cards were made with my new cross stamp set. I added accents of flowers, perals, and other stamps to bring this spring cards some life.
The butterfly was cut out using my Cricut and watercolors were used to add shading.

Enjoy Life's Simple Pleasures

The stamp in the upper left corner is a Stampin Up stamp. I used my blending pencil to fill in the color. With dimensional underneath, it really pops out!

"Thanks" flower card

Materials: two differnet "thanks" stamps, patterned paper, ink, DMC floss, ink, ribbon, flower cutouts, and a button.

I used by texture boutique to embose the white backgroud paper. Green ink was used to distress the patterned green paper at the bottom of the card.

Explore. Dream. Discover.

This is the second card I have made that is held together with brads, and swings open.

This card is ment to be an inspriational card.

Stampin Up

My friend Jennifer, what a great person she is for getting me started on my Cricut, and not she has gotten me stuck on Stampin Up. This is a great company that sells mainly stamps but also several tools, assessories, ink, punchs and the like. Some of my latest cards have featured Stampin Up stamps.

Thinking of you

Living the SWEET life

This card features a technique I was taught at a Stampin Up party. You can highlight a word in a stamp phrase by stamping that word, in this card "sweet" again with a different color ink. Then cut the word out, use diminsionals to get the raised look and tada...

Cards to my friend

This card I used four different stamps, paper, and ribbon.
Keeping with the "dear FRIEND" stamp I added a small butterfly stamp and some fun ribbon to create this postcard style card.
