Teresa's Recipe Book

I used my Yourstory for this project. This machine laminates and binds. I used it to laminate my recipe pages.

The title pages are made out of chipboard that I painted different colors. The pictures on them are laminated. The book is held together by ribbon.
These are some of Teresa's favorite recipes. I hope she enjoys.

Some Special Christmas Cards

Christmas Cards

Supplies: I used different colored cards, cardstock, stamps, ink, and rhinestones.

I used my Cricut to cut out snowflakes and small rectangles with scalloped edges. I then placed six of the small rectangles onto a piece of cardstock that was slightly smaller than the cards. I put two or three snowflakes over top of that and put a rhinestone in the middle of the snowflakes. I used small stamps on the outside of the card in one of the boxed reading "Merry Christmas" or "Seasons Greetings." I used various colors of inks. On the inside of the card I used a larger stamp saying "May the miracle of Christmas fill your heart with joy."

It's Begining to Look a Lot Like CHRISTMAS!

What a busy time of the year! School is almost done for a few days it seems... Then to begin again. In the spirit of giving this Christmas I am trying to make special presents. We will see if I can put through or not in time! My decorations have been up and sparkling since Thanksgiving! But lets remember the true reason for the season, Jesus Christ!

"An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. THis will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger..."

Merry Christmas!!

Hello to Granny and Granddad

This is a card I made for my granny and granddad. Just to say hello. I used random pieces I had laying around to make this and it turned out really cute!

Happy Halloween!

I made this halloween card first by scatching the spiderweb and words on to the black piece of paper. Then I poked tiny holes where I would use a needle to thread the white DMC floss through.

I added glitter over the "Happy Halloween" to make it stand out more and added spider buttons for some flare.

Freemen Wedding Album

This is the album I made for my dear friends when they got married back in May... Its just taken a long time to post it...

Above are some of the supplies I used to make the pages. There was a black and white theme with pops of the wedding colors, pool blue and red. Also, the flowers in the wedding were roses, thus I used some rose stickers and colored them red to match. I used ribbion and rhinestones to add sparkle and elegance.
Below are the pages, they do not have pictures in them, they couple will add their favorite pictures. Also, I added regular photo album pages so they can add several other pictures.

This page will hold engagement pictures.

Their invitations are on the right.

The bride and groom getting ready...

I can't wait to see what pictures they add here. It will be beautiful.

Above on the left, stencled outlines indicate where pictures will go.

The garter on the top left is made out of ribbon. The white lace-like ribbon is layered and the blue was added to make the apperance of a garter. I really enjoyed how it turned out.

This is the last page of the wedding content. At the end of the album I added a few pages for honeymoon pictures. The couple went to the Sandals Resort in Antigua.
